Nothing like getting to meet up with old friends and their family to get you out of the house on a cold and misty morning. We drove to Queensferry to Craigie's Farm Shop and Cafe for some lunch and play time. After a yummy warming lunch we played outside on the tractor, slide and swings. On a sunny day there should be beautiful views and you can also watch the planes from Edinburgh Airport. There are plenty of options to pick your own too. Wee man had fun with his friends pretending to be farmers taking care of the animals. You can also go and visit a few. There were chickens having a "hen party" and piglets bouncing in the hay all over the place. There was also a rather huge mummy pig! The lambs were obviously feeling the cold too and were huddled together in a rather cute bunch. The mummies and daddies enjoyed the fact that you could head back inside for a warm "snack". The wee man thought it was perfect weather for an ice cream! Brrr.
