A lot of exercise was involved in getting around to see the different animals.
We were very ready for this adventure!
Wee man had some fabulous expressions as he looked at the animals so I knew he was enjoying it.
We saw lots of different animals.
The favourites were probably the monkey's.
Followed by the big cats who all go "Roar!"
It was great chatting to my wee man all about his day at the Zoo. He had all the animal noises down pat! I could not resist and had to buy him a soft toy monkey who has quickly become a great friend. Not everyone agrees with animals in captivity but I know now that one of it's positives is for conservation and education. I hope that one day my wee man will have the opportunity to see these great creatures in their natural habitat.
