This is our garden
This is our garden. From up close to a little further away. With lots of green space for family and friends. Trees are now in bloom and dandelions and daisies grow ready to be picked apart. There is a pond with a resident heron and lots of ducks who often swim over to say hello. Squirrels are very friendly here and are always asking for a nut. We currently live in a small flat with no garden space but are very lucky with a beautifully and well maintained local park only 10 minutes away. The wee man has grown to know this space really well. This is Glasgow. This is Kelvingrove Park. This is our garden. How does your garden grow?

Beautiful park! I love squirrels, I never see them here, wish I did. Gorgeous photos x
ReplyDeleteWhat a great place to have nearby. I love the heron photo with it's reflections.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Reminds me of when we lived in South West London.... We had a tiny courtyard garden, but we didn't care, because we had a huge park on our doorstep, and that truly was our garden! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the heron picture too. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pictures!
ReplyDeleteThat's a gorgeous park, and lovely photos too. Not so long ago I lived in a flat with no garden too. I feel very grateful to have one now. Our local parks were lovely too.
ReplyDeleteOh how I'd love to have such a great space nearby! That might sound a bit mad bearing in mind we live in the New Forest but there's something about public parks that I really love. I could spend hours tottering about the big parks in London watching the world go by.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos as always, I too love that heron one. Thank you for joining in and showing us your garden x
I was thinking you lived in a stately home to start with :) My favourite place growing up was our local park which I could see from my bedroom window, loads of trees to climb and space!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it totally beautiful, you must spend many glorious days there. I love the Heron, they are fabulous birds x
ReplyDeleteLovely park! Wouldn't it be fab if it really really were your garden, well mine please!! Lovely photo's and looks like a very peaceful place to spend time too x
ReplyDeleteWe're lucky enough to have a garden, but we spend much more time in the local parks! It's great to have a nice park on your doorstep.
ReplyDeleteWow what a lovely place to explore and enjoy.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic park to have nearby - just gorgeous. Great photos too :)
ReplyDeleteAmazing park and I love how all the blossoms have blossomed over night. I love the photos of the ducks and close ups, gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLooks a great park, perfect for children. We have a nice park in the centre of town by my allotment that I love to go to - looks a lot smaller than yours though. Love spotting herons, doubt I'd see them in my park :)
ReplyDeleteBefore we moved to our current house, we used to live in a flat, without any garden. But we lived in Woodstock, just five minutes away from the fab Blenheim park, and used to go there every day. My older son who was little then, thought it was our garden.
